Kristi Briscoe, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician with many years of experience as an ADHD specialist. She’s a co-founder of Next Step 2 Mental Health in Louisville, Kentucky, where she provides gentle and compassionate care to children and teens diagnosed with ADHD.

Dr. Briscoe graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors from Centre College, where she double majored in Psychology and Biology. While at Centre College, she conducted research in child and adolescent health psychology. She completed medical school and residency training in pediatric medicine at the University of Louisville and was awarded for work in the area of developmental/behavioral pediatrics and genetics. Dr. Briscoe is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Briscoe’s passion for treating ADHD stems from her personal experience as a parent in a home touched by ADHD. Dr. Briscoe understands the struggles that every parent faces while trying to raise a child with ADHD, and has engaged in extensive study in the treatments and parenting strategies that have been proven most effective for families seeking to help their child reach optimal potential in life.
